Sit back down. It’s just a term that refers to spectacular visual presentations of cooking or eating. And where better to gather succulent visual victuals than the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival?
Gold joined The Times-Picayune tasting team at Jazz Fest last Friday (their Fest best bets are here), and came away with a savory gallery of Fairgrounds favorites.
