We live to eat.
And the Louisiana Restaurant Association is capitalizing on this epicurean attitude, with an inaugural We Live to Eat: Louisiana Seafood Restaurant Week designed to showcase both cuisine and crustaceans.
More than two dozen New Orleans restaurants are offering two-course lunches for $20 and three-course dinners for $35, today (Sept. 12) through Sunday. Participants range from such restaurant heavyweights as Commander’s Palace, Arnaud’s, August and Brigtsen’s to more egalitarian eateries like O’Henry’s, Pascal’s Manale and Drago’s.
