Editor’s Note: This week the music video series focuses on brother band, The Cactus Blossoms. With their Red House debut, You’re Dreaming, brothers Jack Torrey and Page Burkum have brought a new energy to a classic sound with their blood harmonies and instantly memorable songs. With press in Rolling Stone Country, NPR Heavy Rotation, NPR All Things Considered, Folk Alley, Noisey, Garden & Gun, CMT, A Prairie Home Companion and much more, the brothers continue to reach new fans with their music, and now they are coming to New Orleans.
The band will be joining Lucius for several weeks fall US dates, including a show on Wednesday, November 9 at Tipitina’s. They’ll go on at 8:30 p.m.
“Stoplight Kisses” was directed by Sarah Jean Shervin, with DP Bo Hakala and editor Joseph McMahon.
