The Cone of Uncertainty 8/22/2020
Being in the cone of uncertainty
is not so bad after all.
It gives us a few days to prepare
and reflect on what’s
really important.
We can remember all the times
we have survived and even thrived
in the past.
It unites us in hope and appreciation
for what we have…
And there is always the chance
that the hurricane will go elsewhere.
But if the worst happens
and we live through it,
Think of the all stories
we’ll have to tell
for years to come.
