The Social Entrepreneurs of New Orleans have made a significant social and economic impact on both a local and global level by assisting the city’s top social innovators through a 10-month accelerator program.
This year, SENO contributed to the success of its 2012 class, which has generated more than 40 new jobs and $2.2 million in revenues, broke ground on the new development HUB NOLA, and will assist 15 social innovators launch their enterprises with the start of the 2012-2013 accelerator program in June.
And, in true New Orleans form, we will celebrate such success in the city.
On Thursday, May 17, 2012 SENO supporters, funders, social entrepreneurs, volunteers, business leader mentors, and supporting corporations will gather to celebrate the year’s accomplishments at The Southern Food and Beverage Museum. The event will include live entertainment, dinner, cocktails and a silent auction, as well as the unveiling of SENO’s new visual branding and the announcement of the 2012-2013 accelerator class.
