City Council introduces the zero decibel ordinance

Editor’s note: To some, the points within City Council’s impending noise ordinance seem, shall we say, extreme, for a city where the live music would probably exceed a decibel above, as mother might say “our indoor voices.” NolaVie contributor Jon Holt imagines an alternative, perhaps equally infeasible, solution.
