NOLA + La Vie = Life and culture in New Orleans
NolaVie launches this week with feature content that focuses on lifestyles and happenings in New Orleans. NolaVie will celebrate the distinct characters, events, neighborhoods, cuisine and all the other things that make New Orleans, well, New Orleans.
NolaVie writers include young and old, newcomers and natives, people from east bank, west bank, Uptown and back of town. The one thing they all share: a love of this city.
NolaVie content will range from personal perspectives by weekly columnists to features about local people and places, from photo galleries and video to creative writing. NolaVie partners, cultural organizations and non-profit groups dedicated to making exciting things happen here, will be posting news about what they’re up to.
NolaVie is hosted by NOLA.com and is a project of Partnership for Action, a New Orleans non-profit organization dedicated to the betterment of the city.
NolaVie invites everyone who loves New Orleans — or has opinions about it — to participate. Send news, events, creative non-fiction, poetry and articles to www.nolavie.com/submission. NolaVie editors will pick the best stuff and publish it.
And thanks in advance for joining the conversation about the city we’re all obsessed with.
